These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FutCoach (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Health & safety disclaimer
FutCoach provides automated, AI-generated feedback for training and educational purposes only. It is not medical adviceand is not a substitute for a qualified coach, physician, physical therapist, or other professional. Any “injury risk” flags or scores are informational estimates, may be wrong, and should not be relied on to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Exercise and sport carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on any feedback or starting a new training routine. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain or injury.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. A parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on behalf of, and supervise, any minor whose technique is recorded or who uses the Service.
The Service
FutCoach analyzes a short video you provide and returns technique feedback, drills, and a score. We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time, and usage limits may apply.
Your content
You keep ownership of the video you submit. You grant us and our processors a limited license to process that video solely to generate and deliver your analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to record and submit any person shown in your video, including minors.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no uploading of other people’s videos without permission, no attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and no automated or bulk use beyond normal personal use.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI feedback may be incomplete or incorrect.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutCoach and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by a new effective date above.
