Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FutCoach (“FutCoach”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your information when you use the app at futcoach.app. By using FutCoach you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account data. If you create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted password. Guests can use the app without an account via an anonymous session identifier.
- Technique preferences and usage. The sports you choose and a daily count of analyses you run, used to tailor your home screen and apply usage limits.
- Video you submit. The video clip you upload or record for analysis, and the AI feedback generated from it.
How your video is processed
The video you submit is processed by a third-party AI service solely to generate your technique analysis. It is deleted automatically about 48 hours after you submit it and is not used by us to identify you. We do not sell your video or use it for advertising. You can delete your saved analysis history at any time.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the app and perform the AI analysis. They may process your data only as needed to provide the service on our behalf, not for their own purposes.
Children’s privacy
FutCoach is intended for use by adults, including parents and coaches who may record a minor’s technique. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR in Europe and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. You can delete your saved history at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. To exercise these rights, email support@futcoach.app.
Data security & retention
We use reputable providers with encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We keep account data until you ask us to delete it; submitted video is deleted about 48 hours after it is submitted, as described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
